🛒 Orders & Shipping

What is KRVE India? KRVE India is a women's fashion brand based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, offering co-ord sets, dresses, tops, and more. We deliver pan-India with new arrivals every week. Shop at krveindia.com.

Can I modify or cancel my order? To cancel your order, email us at info@knr.ventures within 6 hours of placing it, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, KRVE India ships only within India. We do not accept international orders at this time.

How long does delivery take? Orders are shipped within 3–6 business days across India. You will receive a tracking link via SMS once your order is shipped.

What are the shipping charges?

• Orders above ₹999 — Free shipping on all prepaid orders
• Orders below ₹999 — ₹79 shipping charge

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is KRVE India's return policy? KRVE India offers a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. We do not offer refunds. Only size exchanges are available on eligible products.

How do I request an exchange? Email us at info@knr.ventures with your Order ID and product name within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process.

Is an unboxing video mandatory? Normal size exchanges do not require an unboxing video. Video proof is only required for damaged, defective, or wrong product claims.

How many times can I exchange? Only 1 exchange is allowed per order.

Are there any charges for exchange? First size exchange is free for a limited launch period. Reverse pickup charges may apply on second exchange requests.

Which items are not eligible for exchange? Items marked as "No Exchange" on the product page, orders under special promotions or BOGO offers, and international orders are not eligible for exchange.

How should I care for my KRVE garments?

• Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent
• Line dry in shade to preserve color
• Iron on medium setting while slightly damp
• Avoid machine wash for delicate fabrics

Will the fabric shrink? Our fabrics are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. A minimal shrinkage of 1 to 2% may occur after the first wash, which is normal.
