Orders & Shipping
Can I modify or cancel my order? If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within [24 hours] of placing it. Once an order has been dispatched from our studio, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship onl within India / worldwide. For international orders, standard shipping rates apply at checkout, and delivery takes X-X days.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know my size? Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Because our designs focus on a balance between structure and ease, many of our silhouettes have a relaxed fit. If you are between sizes or need specific garment measurements, please reach out to us.
Do you offer custom sizing? [Yes, we offer basic length alterations and custom sizing. / No, currently we only offer standard sizing.] Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements.
Fabric & Care
How should I care for my KRVE garments? We use high-quality, breathable fabrics like linen and cotton that require gentle care. We recommend:

Dry cleaning your garments for the first wash.

For subsequent washes, hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent.

Line dry in the shade to preserve the color and natural fibers.

Iron on a medium setting while the fabric is slightly damp.
Will the linen shrink? Our fabrics are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. However, as with all natural fibers, a minimal shrinkage of 1-2% may occur after the first wash, which is completely normal.
