Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned with original packaging intact

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure fair verification of claims, a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return, refund, damaged product, missing item, incorrect product, or quality-related claims.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the sealed package.
  • Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
  • Capture the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.
  • Clearly display the product received.

Additionally, customers may be required to provide clear photographs of:

  • The product received
  • Product tags
  • Packaging
  • Any defect, damage, or issue being reported

Claims raised without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

KRVE India reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request if:

  • The product has been used, washed, worn, or altered.
  • Original tags are missing.
  • Original packaging is not available.
  • The item fails quality inspection.
  • Required proof (unboxing video/photos) is not provided.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after successful quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
