Delivery Timeline: 3 to 6 working days
We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Ekart, and Xpressbees. All shipments are tracked and insured.
Important Notes
- KRVE does not ship internationally at this time
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances
- KRVE is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies
- For COD orders, the courier partner may call before delivery
- If you are unavailable at delivery, contact the courier to reschedule
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after placement. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is shipped.
Undelivered or Lost Orders
If your order is lost or undelivered due to our error, we will reship or resolve the issue at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.
