Return & Exchange Policy — KRVE India

At KRVE, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

Please note that KRVE follows a strict No Refund Policy. We only provide product exchanges, subject to the conditions outlined below.


❌ No Refund Policy (Important)

  • KRVE does not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law
  • All approved requests are eligible only for exchange
  • Orders once placed are considered final and non-refundable

✅ Eligibility for Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The product must be returned in its original condition

KRVE reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions.


📋 Exchange Terms

  • First size exchange is free for a limited launch period
  • Reverse pickup charges may apply on second exchange requests
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
  • Only products purchased directly from krveindia.com are eligible
  • Items marked "No Return / No Exchange" are not eligible

📦 Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect product, or a wrong size (different from your order), you are eligible for a free replacement, subject to verification.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Supporting proof (images/video) is mandatory

KRVE reserves the right to approve or reject claims after verification.


🔍 Quality Check & Approval

  • All returned products undergo a strict quality inspection
  • If approved → exchange is processed
  • If rejected → product is shipped back to you

The final decision rests with KRVE's quality control team.


📹 Proof & Packaging Requirement

To ensure fair processing:

  • Record a clear video while packing the return parcel
  • Ensure the package is securely sealed
  • Keep the pickup receipt safely

KRVE will not be responsible for missing or incorrect items returned without proof.


🚚 Pickup Policy

  • Reverse pickup will be attempted up to 3 times only
  • Failure to hand over the product will result in cancellation of the request

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Only size exchanges are allowed
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested size is unavailable, an alternative size of the same product may be offered

🚫 Non-Eligible Orders

The following are strictly not eligible for exchange:

  • Orders under BOGO or promotional offers
  • Products marked "No Return / No Exchange"
  • International orders
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged

⚠️ Chargeback & Dispute Policy

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to all KRVE policies
  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting KRVE support first will be treated as a policy violation
  • KRVE reserves the right to:
    • Submit proof of delivery and communication to banks/payment gateways
    • Block future orders from accounts involved in disputes or misuse

🛡️ Fraud Prevention & Rights Reserved

KRVE reserves the right to:

  • Refuse exchanges in case of policy misuse or suspicious activity
  • Block customers with repeated or fraudulent requests
  • Update policies at any time without prior notice

Option 1 — Website:

  1. Go to My Orders on krveindia.com
  2. Click on Return Request
  3. Follow the steps

Option 2 — Email: Send an email to info@knr.ventures with:

  • Order ID
  • Product Name
  • SKU
