Delivery Timeline

Orders are shipped within 3–6 business days across India. You will receive a tracking link via SMS once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid orders above ₹999 — Free shipping
• Orders below ₹999 — ₹79 shipping charge
• COD orders — Standard shipping charges apply

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST
• Orders placed after 6 PM or on Sunday will be processed the next business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS immediately after placing your order

Tracking Your Order

• A tracking link will be sent via SMS once your order is shipped

Delivery Partners

We ship across India using trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and others depending on your pincode.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within India
• We do not accept international orders at this time
• Delivery to remote areas may take additional 1–2 business days

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges will apply for resending returned orders.
